We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Grow customer base
• Assist merchants with purchase of products reports
• Assist users with sales issues
• Process requests to ecommerce systems through third parties.
• Act as administrator to manage eCommerce systems.
• Provide guidance and training on systems and the credit card deposit process.
• Maintain spreadsheets that track revenue, merchant accounts, and completion of orders.
• Assist with tracking order completion within the system.
• Work with courier service to ensure speedy delivery

Requirements

• The Marketing Officer must be an OND/HND graduate in any discipline (Preferably marketing), with at least 2 years of experience in general marketing and eCommerce.
• Person must be able to support the administrator in the processing of accounting operations as well as all tasks relating to buying/selling and invoicing.

Entry Requirements:

• An ability to sell
• Basic accounting and budget management
• PC literacy (MS Office)
• Hands on experience with excel
• Good knowledge of ecommerce
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Must be Social Media savvy
